How long are your estimated delivery times?

Processing, logistics, inventory management and finally shipping require a delivery time ranging from 3 to 15 working days maximum. Some products are delivered much faster, you can check on the product sheet when the product is delivered faster. We do everything in our power to deliver to each of our customers as quickly as possible, while maintaining impeccable quality in the quality of our products.

How much will I pay for delivery?

Delivery is free.

I have no news about my package, what should I do? Is that bad ?

Throughout delivery, we send emails to keep you informed of the location of your package. Do not hesitate to check your SPAM, plus you can follow the progress of your package on the page parcel tracking.

I did not receive my order ?

You haven't received your order and you're starting to worry? Don’t panic Tokyo Techwear™ ensures secure delivery. Our customers are the most important thing to us, you are our priority. Where do your articles come from? 

Our products are manufactured and stored in Europe and Asia in order to reduce costs and offer you very good value for money.

Delivery to overseas France (DOM-TOM)

Deliveries to overseas destinations (overseas France) are often longer (between 30 and 60 days from the day of the order) to remain financially accessible to all. A small additional cost for delivery will be requested for the following countries: Guyanne, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, New Caledonia, Wallis-et-Futuna, French Polynesia and Saint-Martin.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You can of course cancel your order, we advise you to cancel your order within 24 hours of delivery. We advise you to contact us as soon as possible at contact@tokyotechwear.fr : We will respond as soon as possible.

I would like to return my product, what should I do?

As article L221-24 specifies, you have up to 14 days after receipt of the package to return your order to us and request a refund. Just write to us at contact@tokyotechwear.fr accompanied by your order number. To qualify for a refund your item must be new and in the same condition as you received it.

Is my banking information secure?

Yes ! The “HTTPS” present in the URLs of our store testifies to the quality of our services. HTTPS is the variant of “http” secured by the use of SSL/TLS protocols.
